New postdoc: Miguel Angel Alejo Plana

Miguel Alejo was hired as postdoc from May 1 in a 1-year position in the Statistics and Probability Theory group. He completed his PhD at the University of Basque Country, Spain.

Miguel's research mainly focuses on nonlinear PDEs stability e.g. properties of conserved structures in PDEs, soliton theory, collisions, integrability;and Mathematical Biology. His PhD was based on the study of the geometric version of the modified Korteweg-de Vries (mKdV) equation.
