Olga Bershteyn, postdoc
Olga Bershteyn is employed as a postdoc at Department of Mathematical Sciences from the 1st of June, 2014. She works in the research group Geometric Analysis and Mathematical Physics.
Olga received her PhD from B.Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering, Kharkov, Ukraine. Then she spent two years as Marie Curie Fellow at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia.
Olga’s research lies within representation theory of quantum groups and non-commutative geometry. She studies geometric realizations of principal series of representations, quantum Harish-Chandra modules, quantum homogeneous spaces and related problems of noncommutative complex and harmonic analysis.
Associated professor Hans Plesner Jakobsen will be her postdoc mentor.
Olga’s office is 04.2.22
