Mads Bonde Raad, PhD student
Mads Bonde Raad is employed as a PhD in the Statistics and Probability group, and will work at the research group Dynamical Systems Interdisciplinary Network.
As a start, Mads’ PhD project will be about modeling of neural communication through the use of Hawkes processes, although its final form is yet to be determined. Mads will be supervised / Co-supervised by Susanne Ditlevsen from UCPH and Eva Löcherbach from Cergy -Pontoise in Paris.
Mads completed his Masters in May 2016 here at MATH/UCPH. His dissertation treated the Schramm-Loewner process, and was supervised by Bergfinnur Durhuus and Jan Philip Solovej. Since then he has been working as a research assistent in the group and center where he from September 2016 will be a doctoral student.
