Alex Mramor, postdoc
Newly employed
Alex Mramor is employed as a postdoc in the section for Algebra & Geometry, working with the Copenhagen Centre for Geometry and Topology.
Alex is interested in geometric analysis, and his research is concentrated in the mean curvature flow. His mentor will be Niels Martin Møller.
Alex graduated from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2013. He received his PhD from the University of California, Irvine, in 2019 under the direction of Richard Schoen.
Before Copenhagen Alex worked as a J.J. Sylvester Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, mentored by Jacob Bernstein.
