Alf Söderberg

Alf comes from Kaggestorp in Västergötland, Sweden. He obtained his bachelor’s as well as his master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Gothenburg. In his master’s thesis, he studied low-lying zeroes of L-functions attached to modular forms under the supervision of Anders Södergren.

Alf's research interests continue to lie towards analytic number theory in general and automorphic forms and representations in particular. The preliminary goal of his PhD project is to investigate so-called periods of automorphic representations.
