Ali Muhammad is employed as a PhD student as of September 1st 2020, with the Algebra and Geometry Section and the Copenhagen Centre for Geometry and Topology (GeoTop).
Ali is interested in geometry and nonlinear partial differential equations. His research for the PhD will concern geometric flows, particularly the study of singularities and solitons in mean curvature flow and its connections with the theory of minimal surfaces and Riemannian geometry.
Ali's PhD advisor will be Niels Martin Møller.
Ali has his bachelor's from the Technical University of Denmark and his master's ("A Global Existence Result for the Cauchy Problem in General Relativity", December 2019) from the University of Copenhagen.
He will be seated in office 04.4.02
