Calista Bernard, visiting PhD student
Visiting
Calista is a visiting PhD student affiliated with the Topology group and the Center for Symmetry and Deformation. Her advisor is Søren Galatius.
Calista's research interests include geometric topology and homotopy theory. Her current work is on homology operations, but other particular interests include embedding calculus, cobordism categories, and braid groups.
Currently, Calista is a PhD student at Stanford University, where she obtained her Master’s degree. Prior to this, she received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago.
