Keshav Aggarwal, postdoc
Keshav Aggarwal is employed as a postdoc in the Algebra & Geometry Section from 1 April 2023. His mentor is Jasmin Matz.
Keshav has a dual B.S.-M.S. in Mathematics, from Indian Institute of Science Education & Research, Mohali, India. He then took a M.S. in Mathematics at The Ohio State University, USA, where he also obtained his PhD in 2019. His dissertation was “Subconvexity Bounds and Simplified Delta Methods”; his advisor was Prof. Roman Holowinsky.
Keshav then worked as a visiting assistant professor at University of Maine, USA, until September 2021 when he became a postdoctoral researcher at Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics, Budapest, Hungary.
Keshav's research lies in Analytic Number Theory, with a focus on the study of L-functions. He uses classical tools like the circle method and harmonic analysis to study number theoretic objects.
