Kevin Aguyar Brix, PhD student at NCG
Newly employed
Kevin Aguyar Brix is employed as a PhD-student at MATH from 1. September 2016. He is affiliated with the research group Non-commutative Geometry under the supervision of professor Søren Eilers.
Søren Eilers also supervised Kevin’s Master’s thesis entitled "A groupoid approach to Cuntz-Krieger algebras".
Kevin is interested in the interrelation between topological dynamical systems and their induced operator algebras. More precisely, he studies to which degree relations such as flow equivalence, orbit equivalence and conjugacy is reflected and remembered in the corresponding C*-algebra along with its diagonal.
Kevin's office is 04.03.20.
