Manaswi Paraashar, postdoc
Manaswi Paraashar joined the Department of Mathematical Sciences and the Centre for the Mathematics of Quantum Theory on 1st April 2024. He is hosted by Laura Mancinska.
“Prior my employment here, I spent two wonderful years as a postdoc working at the Department of Computer Science, UCPH, and Aarhus University”, says Manaswi.
Manaswi did his PhD from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India. His dissertation was called “Quantum query complexity through the lens of communication complexity and exact Learning”, supervised by Sourav Chakraborty.
Manaswi’s research work mainly lies in the areas of quantum query and communication complexity. He has also worked on the classical counterparts of these areas and Fourier Analysis of Boolean functions.
You can meet Manaswi with the quantum researchers at the Vibenshuset, Lyngbyvej 2.
