Newly employed
Robin Sroka has been employed as a PhD student since September 1st, 2018. He works in the Topology group at the Center for Symmetry and Deformation with Professor Nathalie Wahl as his principal advisor.
Robin's research interests lie at the intersection of algebraic topology and geometric group theory. The preliminary goal of his PhD project is to investigate the relation between homological stability phenomena and properties of certain (semi-)simplicial sets.
Prior to joining the University of Copenhagen, Robin completed his Bachelor's and Master's degree at the University of Münster (Germany). During his Master's degree, he spent one year as an exchange student at the University of Paris-Sud (France).
