Robyn Stuart, assistant professor
Robyn Stuart was 1 May 2019 employed as a tenure track assistant professor at the department. She works in the section for Statistics and Probability Theory.
Robyn Stuart has a PhD degree on open dynamical system and substochastic Markov chains from University of New South Wales, Australia, in 2014.
Since 2015 she has been employed at MATH. First as a postdoc, and later as an assistant professor at the Data Science Laboratory where she has done consultancy work and research collaborations with researchers at SCIENCE.
Over the past five years, Robyn has been involved in the modelling and analysis of epidemic data, public health and health economics, especially concerning AIDS, with many and strong international collaborations.
Presently she is the Principal Investigator on a grant from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which has led to the development of software for analyzing Care cascades and HIV epidemics. This software is disseminated worldwide in order to assist decision-makers on public health in making the best possible decisions based on available data.
