Nordstat poster prize

Frederik Riis Mikkelsen, a PhD student at MATH, won honors and prizes in a poster competition at the conference Nordstat 2016.

More math students

The Mathematics study programme has received 37 percent more applications this year. It is the largest increase among the undergraduate programs in the SCIENCE Faculty. Actuarial Mathematics has 33 percent more applicants, Mathematics-Economics 4 percent.
