Campus Days with name games and studio intro

Yo ho! A handful of pirates control with a sure hand each a group of new students around to various activities at the North Campus. It’s Campus Days the last week in August, and it is teeming with costumed tutors, instructors – and new students.

Thursday, August 29th, the Department of Mathematical Sciences celebrated a Niels Bohr professorship and the opening of a new research frontier in Danish mathematics in the arithmetic area.

An evening with Words of Mathematics

The Centre for Symmetry and Deformation at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, invites to an evening with art and math, where the artist Ingrid Bugge will inaugurate her work "Words of Mathematics", produced in collaboration with the Centre, and the mathematician Jordan Ellenberg will tell us about his upcoming book "How not to be wrong".
