Title: Infinite loop space theory revisited
Abstract: I will explain a general monadic framework that cleans up and generalizes iterated and infinite loop space theory. The new framework simplifies things by making classical, equivariant, and multiplicative infinite loop space theory all special cases of a single pair of theorems. A simple list of Assumptions guarantees the applicability of the general theorem to reprove all known variants and to give several new ones. We expect the framework will have other applications. This is joint work with Hana Kong and Foling Zou.
