Title: Stochastic fluctuations on integer cycles in finite CW-complexes
Abstract: This talk concerns the algebraic topology of certain moduli spaces of Markov processes whose underlying state space is fixed. I'll show how to associate real homology classes to these moduli spaces. I will then explain how taking certain limits (adiabatic, low temperature) quantizes these homology classes generically. The circle of ideas lead to a higher dimensional analogue of both the Boltzmann distribution and Kirchhoff's Network Theorem.
