Title: Correspondences out of graph C*-algebras

Abstract: I will report on recent work with Ralf Meyer. We study proper C*-correspondences from graph C*-algebras to arbitrary C*-algebras. This leads to a more intuitive approach to the obstruction class which we have introduced earlier and to a generalization of our classification theorem for purely infinite graph C*-algebras to the case of infinitely many ideals (a similar result has been announced by James Gabe). We hope that future work will go beyond the purely infinite case.
