Title: Equivariant additivity and equivariant stability

Abstract: In this talk I will introduce a notion of G-E_∞ monoids that induces an equivalence between connective G-spectra and group-like G-E_∞-monoids and I will use it to give a characterization of G-spectra as the terminal stable category satisfying the Wirthmüller isomorphism. As an application, I will present an alternative proof of a theorem by Guillou and May.
