Seminar: What is ... Bell nonlocality?
Jedrzej Kaniewski will give a talk about what is Bell nonlocality.
Mysteries of quantum mechanics have troubled the humanity for decades. What is even more striking is that some of them can be observed by entirely classical users (like us). In other words a classical observer can certify non-classicality of the system under consideration. Bell nonlocality is an active field of quantum information theory which allows us to (theoretically and experimentally) investigate the foundations of modern physics.
This lecture is part of the "What is..?" seminar.
