Dani Kaufman, postdoc
Dani Kaufman blev ansat 1. februar 2022 ved sektionen Algebra og Geometri samt Center for Geometri og Topologi. Hun skal arbejde sammen med Søren Galatius og Nathalie Wahl.
Dani har sin master og sin ph.d. fra University of Maryland, USA. Hun afsluttede sin ph.d. i foråret 2021 med afhandlingen "Mutation invariant functions on cluster ensembles associated with surfaces", vejledt af Christian K Zickert.
Dani har tilbragt det sidste halve år som postdoc ved i Universität Heidelberg, Tyskland.
Dani siger om sin forskning: “I work on Cluster Algebras and their applications to higher Teichmüller theory, polylogarithm relations and scattering amplitudes. I am currently working on applying cluster algebras to a generalization of total positivity in Lie groups called “theta positivity”. I am also working on understanding the symmetry groups of infinite cluster algebras, and I hope to apply these results to aid in the computations of higher weight polylogarithm relations and scattering amplitudes in N=4 Super Yang-Mills theory”.
