New employees and guests at the department

Nidhi Kaihnsa, postdoc

Nidhi Kaihnsa was employed as a postdoc on 15 February 2023 associated with the Section for Statistics and Probability Theory. She will be working with the research group Mathematics of reaction networks (MBIO).

Mehdi Jabbari Nooghabi, research assistant

Mehdi Jabbari Nooghabi is employed as a research assistant, from February until July 2023. He will work with the Insurance and Economics Section as well as the section for Statistics and Probability Theory.

Hélène Esnault, Professor

Professor Hélène Esnault is employed part-time at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, UCPH, from January 2023. She will work here three months every year from January to March with the Algebra and Geometry section.

Martin Bladt, Associate Professor

Martin Bladt has been appointed as Associate Professor at the Department for Mathematical Sciences from 1 February 2023. He will be working with the section for Insurance and Economics.

Eric Ling, postdoc

January 9th 2023 started Yevhen as a postdoctoral researcher in the research group of Mogens Steffensen in the Insurance and Economics section.

First of January 2023 started Lasse Harboe Wolff as an PhD student at the Centre for the Mathematics of Quantum Theory within the Analysis & Quantum section.

Lars Reiter Nielsen is from 1 November 2022 employed as a PhD student at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, working with the section for Statistics and Probability Theory.

Anton Rask Lundborg, postdoc

Anton Rask Lundborg started on 17 November 2022 as a postdoc in the department’s section for Statistics and Probability Theory.
